Well, haven't we all gone through some weird times the last four years. This week I hgave moved back into my office, I have a new fast computer, my old dog Corky has passed and I now have my sister's dog, Bounty, a Boston Terrier, who is learning to be my 'office dog.'
After several years fighting the county and sthe state about new draconian shorelines rules, I have decided to get back to my one true love -- selling waterfront all over western Washington. Whether you would like to live on the Pacific Ocean on the Long Beach Peninsula, or want a gorgeous waterfront home on Bainbridge Island so you can commute to Seattle by ferry, I want to find you the perfect property. My mantra has always been this: I cannot 'show' what I wouldn't buy myself. If I think there is something wrong with a property, I skip it.
