Beckett Point
on Discovery is a small community with public water and a community
septic system populated mostly be summer cabins. There are currently
six cabins for sale starting at about $275,000. The lots are right on
the beach with bulkheads for protection. The activities here including
kayaking, beachwalking, clam digging, crabbing and shrimping. There is a
kid’s play area and a boat ramp for those of you who like to fish,
shrimp or crab. Many of the properties will be sold with owner
financing. If you are looking for a really great getaway, this is one
